Quick and Easy Brownies

These were sooooo good! Nice and chewy and fudgy just how I like them. I also reduced the flour to 1 Cup as others instructed, and added peanut butter chips. WONDERFUL RECIPE! These will be my go to brownies from now on.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

By far the best risotto I have EVER had. I am asked to make this weekly and there are never leftovers. I've made with regular onions since I did not have shallots and it was just as delicious. I also tend to leave the wine out as my family does not like it. Excellent, I will pass this one on for sure.

Banana Bars

SO DELICIOUS! I would either cook in a smaller pan or double the recipe to make them thicker. Other than that they were wonderful, and the FROSTING IS NECESSARY. It is wonderful!

Cheesecake Bars

These were very delicious, although mine didn't turn out quite as thick as I would like. Next time I will double the filling. I also added a raspberry swirl. Delicious!!!

Blooming Onion

This recipe was sooo delicious! I could not even tell the difference from the restaurants. The only thing I did different was to the sauce, I added an extra Tbsp of horseradish and a tsp of french dressing for sweetness! Delicious...

Far too sweet for my tastes, I ended up adding 1/4 C vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to get more tangyness... and then they were good!

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

These were good with a couple alterations. They did not get as crispy as a potato skin and I cooked them an extra 10 min so i threw them in the deep fryer for 1 min which was perfect. Also followed others reviews and tossed them in garlic salt and pepper, also added a top the tator topping.

Jalapeno Chicken II

I thought this was DELICIOUS.... the only thing I did differntly was breaded and deep fried them to keep the filling in. It tasted like a chicken jalapeno popper.... wonderful

Butter Cream Frosting II

This was very good and easy to pipe with. The only alterations I did was using butter instead of margerine and I used 1/2 cup less sugar as I thought it was a little sweet and the consistancy was just as good with the lesser sugar. I did make it both ways!

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

This was the best mousse I have ever had. I used chocolate chips for the chocolate and it turned out wonderful. Other than that I followed the recipe to a tee!

Vietnamese Salad Rolls

These were terrible. We followed the recipe exactly accept substituted chicken for the shrimp. No one at the table could even eat them. They were completely flavorless. We even tried deep frying them to see if they would be better minus the gummy texture. NO LUCK! Steer clear of this recipe, we made dozens and had to thrown them all away!
