Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

I made this for dinner tonight. Husband gave it 5 stars. I butterflied the chicken, added salt, pepper and garlic powder to the chicken then spread the pesto ( I bought at Kroger) on the chicken, put the slices of mozzarella cheese on top, rolled, put tooth picks through chicken, rolled in Italian bread crumbs and baked in oven @ 375 for 35 minutes. Yummy! Will make again. Thanks again for sharing.

No-Fuss Meat Loaf

I made this for dinner last night. My husband and I really like this. The changes I made were: I added one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and I did not have two pounds of ground beef. I used a pound of ground beef and a half pound of pork sausage. This was great! I put two slices of bread in the bottom of the pan to absorb the grease (great idea) I used the Savory Herb stuffing. I will be making this again! Thanks for sharing.
