Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
Will NEVER EVER make mashed potatoes the day of an event again! I think this is a great recipe - although I would add less cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. I was very careful with how much liquid I added - very very slowly, so I never ran into a soggy potato problem. One idea if they do get soggy is for the last 30 minutes, crank your crock pot on high with the lid off. A lot of the liquid will evaporate. Just make sure to stir so it doesn't scortch. Thanks again!! Will use this recipe for years to come!

Spinach Quiche
Awesome awesome recipe!! As stated - very forgiving - so work with what you have. I only ever use regular feta, fresh mushrooms, and even fresh spinach and whatever cheese I have around, and it comes out nothing short of fantastic! I also make them in batches and then freeze them, which works great when company comes over unexpectedly!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust
This recipe was just alright. To me, it's not worth the trouble of working with the tempramental butter when I can get just as good a response from shortening with much more ease. The taste is fine, just not anything extraordinary beyond that of a shortening pie crust recipe.
