I am a Christian, wife, mother, & pharmacist. My husband is a pastor so I get to share him with many wonderful people! I work full time and miss my son terribly when he is at daycare! I have 2 bird-dogs (Maci & Rowdy) and 2 cats that don't like each other (Jimi & Sadie). Anything that tastes great is my favorite thing to cook. I find baking enjoyable. I also enjoy cooking anything that is relatively simple. Frosted sugar cookies at Christmas time. Sunday brunch at Grandma's house after church & Sunday school. Pork medallions with orange sauce from the "Everyday Food" show on PBS. YUM! When I was dating my husband we tried to make stuffed manicotti. We had NO idea how to drain frozen spinach so our manicotti ended up tasting like dirt (literally) and we threw the whole 9x13 pan away!
