Chicken Pesto Paninis
This is awesome! I left the cheese out and added tomato slices to make it a little healthier and it is definitely a new quick favorite for me.

Best Ever Banana Bread
It really is the best ever. I use butter instea dof vegetable oil though so mine isn't nearly as healthy. haha!

Italian Sausage Soup
Excellent! The family loved this. I added yukon gold potatoes and it turned it itno more of a stew. I'll definitely make this again.
