Honey-Spice Acorn Squash
I have made this before but without the ginger, added a nice little zing. I use smaller amounts of honey and butter and put about a tsp. of each in every 1/2 comes out great.

Pumpkin Pie Cake II
I made this using sweetened evaporated milk and omitted the sugar.I also added all spice and three eggs. I was fabluous. I will make this again and again. Oh the last time I added 1/2 pkg chocolate chips, and the kids loved it. Thanks again.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf
I used lean ground beef and turned it up to 375@, and cooked it for 45 minutes. Also I added three eggs and 1 and 1/2 lbs. beef. Used V-8 spicy instead of salsa, made two big loaves. Saving one for tomorrow's meal. Thanks DrIgis..
