About this Cook
I'm a vegetarian who likes to cook for other people, more than herlsef. I am an aspiring sous chef and plan to chase the dream after high school. I make things like chocolate covered pretzels and kids at school buy them from me whenever I show up with them.
My favorite things to cook
I really like cooking with seasonings and spices. I also enjoy making different types of candy.
My cooking triumphs
My mom will not eat any canned greenbeans except when I make them. She claims they taste better than the fresh!
My cooking tragedies
Pound cake. I can never seem to get it to turn out right. My grandmother thinks it's my mixing.

Rolled Fondant
I made this with a 13 year old, 9 year old, and 4 year old and it was great. We got powdered sugar EVERYWHERE! But the recipe was amazing and was easier to work with than I orginially expected. This tasted MUCH better than any other fontant I've tasted. Thanks!

French Baguettes
The dough was harder to work with than what I'm used to, and it turned out kind of flat on the bottom. Otherwise, this was a really good recipe. The bread had a beautiful color to it. Thanks!

Scottley's Basic Yellow Cake
This was a good basic recipe. I like to add pecans and mini m&ms. I used homemade creamcheese frosting but next time will probobly try chocolate. YUM!
