Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
Fantastic! I changed a few things only based on what I had and what we prefer. I used an 8oz can of tomato sauce w/garlic, half a pack of fajita seasoning, about a tsp of garlic powder and added water immediatly to cover the chicken. I wound up simmering it a bit longer after shredding, about 20 min with the top on and another 15-20 with it off. We LOVED this recipe and will use it again for sure. Thanks!

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
This is the BEST egg salad recipe I've come across and believe me I've tried a lot! It absolutely leaves things open to add or take away what ever your family prefers. I used about half the mustard since we're not big mustard fans, added about 2tbs finely chopped white onion, a pinch of dill and sprinkled paprika over the top. Even after eating a big sandwich we couldn't help but stand over the bowl with a spoon to finish it off. Will use again and again.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
The BEST Banana nut bread ever! I followed the recipe for the bread exactly but did add a crumb topping, it was good but this bread will be good with or without it. One tip, hand mix everything, it makes a difference in how dense your bread is and careful it makes a TON but I'm sure none will go to waste. I did one loaf pat at 325 for 45min and 2 pans of mini loaves at 325 for 20min each. They all came out perfect. I will never use another Banana Nut Bread recipe again!
