Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe is a keeper. My beater is broken, so I liked that this didn't really require a lot of creaming, since the butter is melted. I cut the butter down to 1/2 C and added some applecause, and they still turned out very well. will make again.
