Yum!!!!! I made this just tonight and I LOVED IT!! I used a tomato basil sauce ... and then topped it with shredded mozzarella cheese. Definately something I will be eating again!!! Thank you!

Just made this recipe and maybe I did something wrong, but it wasn't as great as I expected. I followed the recipe exactly as stated, but the flavor was just "off." Tempted to try it again though - I love Mahi Mahi and this sounds like a great recipe.

Love this recipe - and now I have to make it during every TN Titans game! However, I make it using turkey sausage and turkey bacon (tastes better and A LOT less greasy!!!) Also, I use fat-free cream cheese and add a little fat free cheddar cheese to the mixture and it has gotten great reviews!!! Don't hesitate to try it!!
