I am from a small Texas town. I enjoy reading, gaming (both tabletop and computer), music, and movies. I love corny comedies, Depeche Mode, Warcraft, and Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson. I currently own a bookstore in Stephenville. I love to cook breads and chicken. Also, I enjoy just about any kind of garlic recipe (I can never have enough!) For many years, my family would all help with Thanksgiving dinner. I have very fond memories of making homemade cornbread stuffing with them. My best cooking has most likely been my homemade dinner rolls and barbequed garlic chicken. The black forest cake I made. The cake itself was delicious, but the icing was way too sweet (like instant insulin shock kind of sweet), and I put the icing on before the cake had completely cooled, therefore causing a lumpy ugly cake. Also, I had a disastrous experiment with a spaghetti recipe. My dog wouldn't eat it!
