Beef Enchiladas II

Good recipe but it needs something more. Maybe rice in the enchiladas and more sauce? I just found it a little lacking.

This was absolutely horrid. It came out a soggy wet mess, it was more like corn soup than pudding. I followed the recipe exactly so I'm not sure what went wrong. Sorry, but I won't be using this recipe again.

Never Fail Meatloaf

WOW, just WOW. This is probably the best meatloaf I have ever had in my life. I used 2lbs of meatload instead of 2 1/2, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. My husband absolutely loved it, and since I'm only cooking for two I have leftovers for the next few days. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone.

Bacon Baked Beans

The beans are very sweet and sugary so be careful what you add as a main dish. I made the mistake of making meatloaf which also had a lot of brown sugar and bbq sauce. Other than that the beans were great. I didn't have enough pans to make it in so I did it on the stove and it was still really, really good.

Country Quiche

This is a wonderful recipe for a beginner cook like me. I didn't add the thyme and parsley because I didn't have any. And I added a touch of garlic salt to the onions and it came out great. My husband loved it! He could have just been saying that though...
