Maple Sausage Skillet
Hands down, a winner! Easy, quick and has a great smoky-salty-sweetness to it. I also added some summer squash - a great filler veggie - to stretch it out a little. Red peppers are pricey right now! This will be a regular in our rotation, for sure.
