Don't let the long list of ingredients scare you out of making this! It is AMAZING!!!!! The only thing I did different was I used mild chili beans and reduced the amount of chili powder and omitted the green chilis (only because I'm a more mild fan). Best chili I've ever had! I do need to change the name to Fighting Irish Tailgate Chili though! :o)
