I made this stuffing for the first time. I added some to the turkey and cooked the rest in the slow cooker. Everyone loved it. The slow cooker method tasted every bit as wonderful as the stuffing that I put in the bird. This is my new favorite recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for this post.

This was awesome...Especially if you love "sweet"...and I do. I am making this todayfor my son's birthday. Something different then the usual birthday cake. This recipe is a must try...It has become a family favorite...The only thing I did different was add some chopped walnuts and some almond extract to the icing. YUMMY!!!!!

This is the first thing that is requested when I am asked to bring something at an outing or party..It is so yummy. I doubled the recipe for the last get-together. And it was gone, right away, I baked it, and then put it in a slow cooker to keep it warm, and i had pieces of fresh pumpernickle and fresh rye bread..I would highly recommend it. I did mix in some mozzarella cheese with the swiss cheese
