Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Really melt in your mouth. Could add a little something (chocolate, sugar crystals or vanilla extract) to "dress it up"

Potato Leek Soup I

Yummy. I substituted the bacon with diced pancetta (low sodium) and it was yummy, with a bit of smoky flavor.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
