Cornbread Stuffing Southern Style

This recipe was not good at all. Also had to use too many pots and baking dishes. I will use Stove Top until I find a worthy cornbread dressing.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I really loved this recipe. I made it even quicker by using the pre-cooked chicken strips. Everyone in my family loved this and accused me of getting take out from an Italian restaurant. It is a keeper!!!

Coconut Shrimp I

I loved this recipe. It is very similar to the ones at Red Lobster. I used a different dipping sauce consisting of pina colada mix (liquid) and sour cream in almost equal parts. It made it more carribean. Careful the pina colada sauce is sweet.
