Homemade Chewy Granola Bars
They're a bit too sweet but can't stop having a little nibble every now and then. They are even better the next day. Great recipe.

Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon
I added some orange zest to up the flavor and I also used fresh ginger and garlic then baked for 20 minutes. I marinated it for 30 minutes as stated otherwise fish turns to ceviche!

Mediterranean Chicken
5 stars! I sauteed boneless breasts in a cast iron pan and proceeded with recipe except I put it all in the oven at 300 for 20 minutes to finish.
