Classic Tiramisu
An Amazing recipe and great tasting dessert. It was my first time making tiramisu and I still can't believe how great it turned out. This recipe is definately a keeper. I used hard lady fingers but made sure that I let them soak in the coffee and liquor before making the dessert. Turned out great

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry
This is a great recipe. I also doubled the sauce. Next time might even triple it so that there is more to drizzle over rice or noodles. I also used garlic with the veggies. Instead of pork I used pork tenderloin as that's all I had on hand and marinated it in half the sauce for about an hour. It was great. You really can't go wrong with this recipe. Its definately a keeper. Also, I added a teaspoon of oyster sauce to the sauce and it was really great.

Strawberry Crepe Roll-Ups
I made this recipe with 'tipsy peaches' instead of the strawberries and served it with vanilla ice cream on top drizzled with cognac. It was fantastic. A truly great dessert for the adults in the family.
