Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
My sauce came out too thick. I think it was because I might have added too much half and half and the previous posts made me think the sauce would come out too watery so I think I screwed it up by added too much flour and half and half. However, I think 1LB of pasta is way too much for the amount of sauce. Half of that would have worked out perfect for it.

Roast Potatoes
Very good potatoes. I used olive oil and put all the ingredients, and added cayenne pepper and garlic salt to a ziploc bag and used that the evenly coat the potatoes. It took about 40 minutes to cook. Very good.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This was great and it tasted yummy! I added a bit of oregano to the flour in addition to the salt and I also added flour at the end to make the sauce thicker. I made four pieces of chicken breast and doubled the sauce. It was perfect. My husband really liked it.
