Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
My sauce came out too thick. I think it was because I might have added too much half and half and the previous posts made me think the sauce would come out too watery so I think I screwed it up by added too much flour and half and half. However, I think 1LB of pasta is way too much for the amount of sauce. Half of that would have worked out perfect for it.
