Crustless Spinach Quiche
I love this. I have made it several times, altering it every time whether it was with different cheeses, or using muffin cups, and using refrigerated biscuits as a crust in the muffins cups. I personally prefer it crustless! So good. Try it, and do what you want with it, cannot disappoint.

Juicy Pork Chops
We loved these! I'm not crazy about soy sauce, so I altogether substituted with worcestershire. I also added some Italian dressing to the marinade. I love the broiling method, I had never had pork chops this way. I will cook them like this from now on!

Sausage Stuffing Balls
These are good. I agree with another reviewer that said they're good, but not the best. I used Johnsonville hot sausage, Stovetop Herb Stuffing (all of a 6 oz box), added some shredded cheddar too; didn't have any celery so I omitted that. Still very good, will make again with a few changes.
