Chicken Liver and Pistachio Nut Pate
Excellent recipe for my first pate. I also used fresh red onion and fresh garlic. It firmed up well, and was just divine. A++

Raspberry Sorbet or Granita
You can substitute strawberries, but I found that it needed a cup less water, which made it sweeter. Use your discretion. But works just fine as the recipe states.. just makes more sorbet!
