Sangria! Sangria!
CRAZY good! I've made this many times over the past year or two and anytime I bring it to a party, bbq, whatever there is never any left and I always get requests for the recipe. I use cheap red wine (usually Trader Joe's 2-buck-chuck merlot) and usually use a peach or apricot brandy, and in a pinch I've used peach schnapps in lieu of the triple sec (hey, whatever works, right?!), and aside from the listed fruit I'll also throw in oranges, frozen or fresh strawberries, basically just whatever I have on hand. It's worth the ingredients and the time it takes for the flavors to blend. Yummy-yum-yum!!!!!!

Simple Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad
This is a good basic/easy recipe for mac. salad. My 3 y/o daughter really liked it, and she's not a ranch dressing fan. I think it needed a bit of a different flavor so I added some chopped onion. Probably wouldn't bother with the olives next time 'cos I didn't feel they really contributed much to it - or maybe I didn't like the flavor of them, which is wierd 'cos I DO like olives.

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce
This is an absolute keeper! Tasty AND easy! I've tried a lot of chicken w/lemon-caper-white wine sauce variations but this is hands down the best. I really appreciate the fact that it requires only a handful of basic ingredients. The only things I did a bit differently was to pound out the chicken a bit and increase the amount of sauce. This is one of those entrees that you can serve to guests in the blink of an eye - it would be VERY difficult to mess this one up.
