Spicy Vegan Potato Curry
If you want to save some time use Pataks mild curry paste like I did. I luv curry so I use 1/2 a jar. Reduce the oil for frying the onions if you want to cut calories.

Pecan Pie V
Made this pie exactly like the recipe and it tasted great plus it was so easy. I will always us this recipe.

Best Ever Pie Crust
This was a successful and very flaky pie crust. It is however a little hard to roll out and place in your pie pan.
