Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Great frosting! Instead of opening a can of milk, I took one cup of milk, and reduced it on the stove with 1.5T of instant coffee powder. After reducing the coffee/milk, I strained it, cooled it, followed the recipe, and enjoyed a supurb frosting.

Veggie Beef Bundles
Great idea to make ground beef a different meal. After steeping the soup mix in a covered bowl, I stirred two thirds of soup into the potatoes plus 1 tablespoon of olive oil. The remainder went into the mushroom mixture. Very tasty and easy to assemble.

Quick Fudge Icing
Like many others, I had run out of confectioners sugar. For perfect results, follow Tracy's review(10-10-2008). The result was smooth, creamy, and delicious!
