Something new and tasty...I like it! I only used part of an onion though as I didn't want it's flavor to overpower the salad as other's have mentioned.

I've made this recipe a lot! It is so easy and always a big hit! I usually use chicken broth instead of beer though. I don't think it makes much of a difference in the flavor, and I figure it has fewer calories that way.

These were fun and easy to make! They came out better than expected! I ended up with 10 eclairs, a lot of extra cream and not quite enough chocolate to cover the 10th eclair. I made these for Valentine's Day but our dinner party was rescheduled so I ended up putting them in the freezer. After being frozen for a few days, they defrosted on the counter for about 3 hours and were perfect!
