Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Very easy to make, came out perfectly. I didn't use the full amount of brownie batter, like some previous reviewers. Gave me the right amount of crust to cheesecake ratio. Also dusted the chocolate chips with flour so they didn't sink in the batter. Got rave reviews!

Caramel Shortbread Squares
Outstanding!!!! Made these for the first time yesterday. They are so good, it's scary. I cooked my shortbread in a foil lined pan, cooled then added the caramel topping and cooled. When fully chilled, I removed from pan, cut into pieces then poured melted chocolate on top of them. I have bad luck cutting chocolate when cooled, and this method was great.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
I followed the recipe as written and did not end up with a light, fluffy frosting. Tasted good but final product was not what I expected.
