I am a proud parent of two children, Emma,8 and Nicholas, 18 months. I just love to cook. I like to try new recipes everyday, and eventually I go back and make them again, changing anything I think is necessary to make it that much better. We never really had any cooking traditions in the family......Since I started my own family, I have tried to incoperate some traditions of my own that I hope my children will continue on. Anything that I have made that doesn't need any tweeking is a triumph in my book! I tried to make "ranch chicken" once....followed the recipe accordingly....YUCK! It tasted like I cooked the chicken in some kind of chemical cleaner! Needless to say, we ate out that night!
