I really liked this recipe and will make it again. We waited the full 24 hours and also the 20 minutes before baking and it worked well. We did a brown sugar walnut and also an almond paste filling and both are great. Thanks.

Raspberry Sour Cream Pie
This is a wonderful pie that will win you many friends. It is however a ONE pie recipe. We made it in a 10 inch pie pan and it was beautiful. We plan to make another one to take to the family reunion tomorrow. Enjoy!!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I
I made this for Christmas and again by request for my daughters 18th birthday in February and it was a hit both times. I will definatly make it again as it makes a good presentation. I served it with stawberries and whipped cream.
