Very good recipe! Had just the right amount of heat for my family, but others who don't like things particularly hot might want to tone it down a bit. Will do this on my tenderloins again!

I have several recipes for plank grilling salmon, but none are better than this one. My daughter would rather eat salmon than anything else and she loved it! Thanks, for sharing!

I have really gotten into plank grilling over the last year and planked this recipe after soaking the boards in a mix of water and apple juice all day. The "apple smoke" added a fruity taste that even my daughter remarked about. I've planked grilled with a citrus-based recipe and sometimes it's overbearing. But this combination worked great. Will definately do this one again!
