I am a wife and mother of two. I work full time as a Lab tech in a physicians office I love to cook good southern food. I also like to cook just about anything for friends and family. I bake a lot of cheese cakes, I love to try new cheesecake recipes! My husband does the dishes when I cook. This is a new tradition I started on Thanksgiving my oldest son helped me cook. Learning to love cooking. When I was married to my first husband the first year all we ate was hamburger helper. I hated to cook! The first time I cooked dinner for then fiance (now husband) I was trying to impress him so I made chicken marsala and was cooking fried apples for dessert to put over ice cream, and totally burned the apples! We have been married for over three years and I have yet to try the fried apples again. He has gotten baked apples, apple crisp, apples just about anyway but fried!
