Simple Beef Stroganoff
About this Cook
My name is Jennifer but most people call me Jen. I am a married mother of 3 wonderful kids. I am a strong beliver in God and his word. God is the most important thing in my life. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
My favorite things to cook
I love to work fast and easy meals but I do enjoy cooking the more complicated things when I have time. I love mushrooms and I love to cook with them the most.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Grandma is a fantastic cook. I love everything she makes. Most of them I can make myself now. I favorite thing is her pumpkin roll. She lives in California and I live in Kentucky but I still get them every holiday season.
My cooking triumphs
I am still really learning but recently I made some fudge and I was pretty proud of myself.
My cooking tragedies
I found this recipe for Easy Lemon Cookies. The recipe calls for lemon pudding and so I thought that I would try other types of pudding flavors. Banana was pretty good but the rest were awful.

Simple Beef Stroganoff
Me and my family enjoyed this very much. I did read alot of the reviews before deciding on this one. I did listen to one that said to add a extra can of soup and mushroom. I also did add a can of milk to make more gravy. I think I would rather serve it over rice though. Overall it was very delicious.

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops
I was going to make plain old porkchop and stumbled across and I am so thankful that I did. It was fantastic. I loved it. My husband loved it and so did our picky children. I followed the recipe....just added some more mushrooms. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

Pumpkin Cookies V
These cookies were fantastic. Everyone loved them. The recipe is easy too read and they are so simple to make. I did use butter flavored shortening. This recipe makes ALOT of cookies. But the recipe is very very very easy to cut in half. Just half all the ingredients. Wonderful Wonderful!!!
