Mediterranean Summer Tomatoes
I Love this recipe. It's simple, delicious, and a perfect companion to so many dinners. If you like to dip your bread in Balsalmic and olive oil, you'll love this side dish. Next time I think I'll add some cucumbers in the mix. I like it with feta or parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Great dish and even better when you're short on time to make an entire salad.

Brown Sugar Smokies
These little suckers taste great! Everyone asks for the recipe. The reason I'm giving them four stars is because they just take so much darn time. They are a lot of work for an appetizer...and can turn into a greasy mess if you don't let the grease drain while cooking. I bake them on the broiler pan with holes and line the bottom pan with tin foil to catch all the grease. Works fine for clean up. A great "manly" appetizer.

Caramel Bars
These bars are a little slice of yummy heaven! They are rich and delicious and could satisfy any sweet tooth. The crust needs to be doubled for a 9x13, but other than that...perfect. I tried to use whole milk instead of cream - the caramel was way too thin. Made for an ooey gooey caramel bar. Next time I'll go for the real stuff!
