I am a stay at home mom of 3 lovely children. I dont have much free time, but when I can stewal a moment I like music and reading. Most of my cooking is simple things that the family will enjoy. I have been doing average cooking for my family since I was about 10, but still look forward to learning new things each day.

I love baking! Cookies, cakes, pies..I am a sucker for sweets!
My cooking triumphs
i am not sure I would callanything I have done as of yet a real triumph. Lots of "that was good" and a few "wow! excellent" but nothing that really blows your mind (or tastesbuds)
My cooking tragedies
Many things I have tried that didnt turn out. I think the worst, since I have been an adult, was a rice porkchop casarole diaster. YUCK!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I used the modified amounts of sugar and peanut butter and was amazed. This fudge was excellent. I folled the instructions exactly, using an electric mixed to blend the peanut beuuter mixture and the confectioners sugar. Smooth as silk and oh so good. I'm thinking I may try layering it with a bit of chocolate for a "reeses fudge cup". I will make this over and over. Thanks a million!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
This was my first attempt at making "real" fudge. I was a bit worried that something would go wrong, but was very pleased with the end result. Everything cooked up perfectly and the fudge was fantastic. Creamy, smooth, and not to rich as to keep you from enjoying it again and again. I will make this over and over. Thanks!!

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
After reading all the reviews for this, I decided to try it out. I used half milk chocolate and half semi sweet as some others suggested. I was a little disappointed with the final product. While it tastes very good. It does not taste like fudge to me. To me it was just really yummy chocolate. But my kids loved helping to make it, and my mom thought it was great. So, while I will continue looking for that perfect fudge recipe, I will be making this again when the kids want to make desert.
