Grandma's Corn Pudding
Oh my gosh, this is amazing! I used to have corn pudding when we would go to my grandmother's house for the holidays, and I have been looking for a similar recipe to hers since. This is the closest I have found, and it is an amazing, slightly sweet corn pudding. This is not a low fat corn pudding, but I would suggest following the original recipe. My mother and sister-in-law loved it and have asked for the recipe too! Thank you for sharing!

Tomato Zucchini Casserole
This recipe was awesome! I had 2 large zucchini and several tomatoes from the garden and it was a great way to quickly throw together a wholesome dish! I ended up needing a 13x9" dish, but I think it was because my zucchinis were very large. I followed the advice of others and put the tomatoes on paper towels, and the casserole was only a little watery at the bottom. I also used fresh basil since I had it on hand. Tasted great, thanks!

Blackberry Cobbler II
This cobbler recipe is quick, easy and turns out great! I added a bit of cinnamon to the dough based on previous suggestions, and it really enhanced the flavor of the cobbler. I did not have a cast iron skillet on hand, to I cooked the berries in a saucepan, and then transferred to a round casserole dish, and it worked beautifully. I also did not have enough wild blackberries for the entire recipe, so I replaced the remaining cup with fresh blueberries, and was very tasty! I would highly recommend this recipe, and plan to use all blackberries next time!
