Yum! My entire family loved it. I intended to make the recipe exactly as stated, but I accidentally did something different. I used my food processor to cut the zucchini into strips, but I had the blade turned up-side down. As a result, the zucchini was very finely chopped. It didn't matter, though. The dish was excellent. With the zucchini being so finely chopped, the dish resembled fried rice and tasted like it, too! Anyway, I will definitely be making this over and over. It's delicious!

I loved these! I made them just as written, except I halved the recipe. The jalapenos that I used were huge, so I had to cook a little longer, as well. I will definitely make again...soon!

This recipe is so easy and so good. I could only find frozen broccoli and cauliflower (no peppers), so I used that. My entire family really liked it!
