Japanese Zucchini and Onions
Yum! My entire family loved it. I intended to make the recipe exactly as stated, but I accidentally did something different. I used my food processor to cut the zucchini into strips, but I had the blade turned up-side down. As a result, the zucchini was very finely chopped. It didn't matter, though. The dish was excellent. With the zucchini being so finely chopped, the dish resembled fried rice and tasted like it, too! Anyway, I will definitely be making this over and over. It's delicious!
