Crepes
Good recipe. Made three changes: 1. Used bread flour instead of all purpose as that's what we had on hand 2. Used butter instead of oil (melted butter before whisking into dough) 3. Didn't bother refrigerating it at all (too hungry to wait so just whisked it all together and threw it on the pan). Great with a savoury filling!

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce
I made this with Trader Joe's portabello mushroom ravioli instead of gnocchi. Very good.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I made this for the first time last week...and my husband has asked me for it every day since. Great way to get him to eat the spinach! I made the following changes: left out the poppy seeds and onions, substituted "regular" white vinegar for white wine vinegar, added extra cranberries and I threw the salad dressing ingredients into a glass jar with a lid and shook it rather than whisking it. Found it easier and probably just as tasty.
