Firecracker Salmon Steaks
Yum, yum yum!!! It wasn't hot enough to get the grill out, so I put the steaks on a rack in a pyrex, glazed the bottom and cooked it at 350 for twenty minutes, then broiled it for about eight miutes, basting every ten minutes or so. Delicious! Highly recommended!
