Firecracker Salmon Steaks
Yum, yum yum!!! It wasn't hot enough to get the grill out, so I put the steaks on a rack in a pyrex, glazed the bottom and cooked it at 350 for twenty minutes, then broiled it for about eight miutes, basting every ten minutes or so. Delicious! Highly recommended!

Mushroom Pork Tenderloin
The pork was tasty but the gravy was pointless. I even added onion and more garlic and it was still lacking any substantial flavor. I do not recommend this recipe. You are better off just using a powdered gravy.

Chicken Pasta - Shannon Style
yummy. used trader joe's brand pasta seasoning for the breading. very tasty. leftovers were still delicious.
