To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I make these muffins all the time! They are wonderful. These muffins taste like tiny blueberry coffee cakes. They are always a hit with my family, friends, and co-workers. I highly recommend this recipe.
I will also note that when fresh blueberries are out of season or too expensive frozen blueberries that are thawed and dried work well. I recommend coating frozen berries in a small amount of flour before folding into the batter to prevent having a pink or purple tinted batter.
