Pie Crust I

The hubby loved it, but i felt it was to salty. Next time i will cut out the salt all together. BUT i gave it 4 stars because the bottom wasn't soggy and i was even able to warm it up the next day!

The Best Banana Bread

It came out perfect, nice and moist. I didnt give it 5 stars, because it didn't have as much of the banana taste as I would have liked. Next time I will use 2 cups of bananas. :)

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Taste just like teriyaki chicken, with a sweet honey glaze! I will definitely be using this marinade when I make teriyaki chicken! I served it with rice and steamed Vegetables.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

This was really good. Also a really time consuming dish to prepare! But was worth it. I only gave it 4 stars because i expected it to be ALOT more flavorful. Next time i make this i will use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. I was really worried at first, because i didn't have a food processor(fp), but my blender didn't fail me! So if you don't have a FP, don't worry! It is still do-able!!! Oh and make sure you use a REALLY big frying pan! I had to switch while cooking cause my medium frying pan wouldn't hold the chicken and pasta!

Mediterranean Lemon Chicken

I liked it alot! I will be making this again. Easy and flavorful. I did change a few things tho. I used only 1 TBSP of oregano, i felt 2 was too much for the amount of lemon sauce.. I used one BIG clove of garlic and also sprinkled in a little bit of powdered garlic. Baked if for the full amount of time listed, and it was just about falling off the bone. Also I didnt lower the temp of the oven.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

The dish cooked perfectly! But unfortunately I used taco seasoning based on all the reviews saying it was better that way. Not true! I feel the taco seasoning ruined it. Next time I make it I will leave it out. I did change a few other things. I cooked the onion (a quarter of one, the listed amount of onion is outrageous!) with the ground beef. Then mixed in some garlic powder, basil, and paprika with the cream of mushroom & milk so that the sauce itself had a lil bit more flavor. It said to layer the ingredients, so I put the beef on the bottom, then the potatoes spread out evenly trying to to over lap each other(that I sliced really thin) then poured the sauce on top. Cooked uncovered for 1 hour and 20 mins... then put the shredded cheese on top and cooked until it melted. Cant wait to see how it turns out next time w/o the taco seasoning!

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Wow! I must say this was GREAT. I pretty much did everything exactly as said. BUT, I marinated the chicken for about an hour or two in Soy Sauce, lime juice, tequila (about 1 TBSP), and olive oil. Then I grilled it and put it aside. Once I had the sauce simmering (towards the end when I put all things together with the whipping cream) I added the chicken (that I cut into 1 inch pieces) and let it simmer in about 10 minutes. I only used 8oz (1 cup)of heavy whipping cream. And it was perfect!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This recipe really reminded me of Chicken Marsala. It was very good! The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was that the vinegar was to much. I only used 1/4 cup too. Maybe next time I'll use a little less Vinegar.. Thanks!
