French Toast Casserole
This was SO delish! I doubled the recipe and used a whole loaf of challah bread. I cubed my bread and let it sit out for about 2 hours to dry it out first, which helped prevent the mushy-ness. Then I baked it for 60 mins like someone else had suggested and it was not mushy at all. Perfectly dry and delicious! I will def be making this again!!
