Dark Chocolate Cake I
This a great chocolate cake recipe. I used dutch processed cocoa rather than regular and it gave it a wonderful dark chocolate flavor. I've never been able to do a layered cake because the cake always stuck to the pan, but thanks to the suggestion below to line the pans with wax paper, it turned out perfect!
