If only it tasted as good as it smells. It's very bland and definitely missing something. If I were to make it again, and I doubt I will, I would probably cut the cumin in half and add some garlic.

This a great chocolate cake recipe. I used dutch processed cocoa rather than regular and it gave it a wonderful dark chocolate flavor. I've never been able to do a layered cake because the cake always stuck to the pan, but thanks to the suggestion below to line the pans with wax paper, it turned out perfect!

My boyfriend loves this recipe, however I'm not crazy about the flavor. It does make for juicy chicken however.
