Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I'm gluten-intolerant, and thus can't have flour. I've made these cookies before, and they are DELISH! And I don't feel left out of the cookie world!

Honey Garlic Vinaigrette

Pretty good, but I reduced the oil by half, and added salt and pepper. Vinaigrettes always need S&P.
