Spiced Butternut Squash Soup
I loved this recipe. It tastes wonderful and is perfect comfort food for a chilly winter day. It does make a lot. I imagine that this one would be good to make through step 2 and then freeze. When you are ready to eat it, thaw the veggie puree, add the spices, sherry and half and half and it would be a super quick supper.

Pumpkin Bundt Cake
This recipe was easy, super tasty and fed a crowd. I will make this again. I actually found pumpkin spice flavored pudding mix (instead of butterscotch) and that worked great. I mixed some pumpkin pie spice into the icing before I drizzled it on. It was a hit with my supper club.

Pumpkin Cookies II
Great recipe. I drained my pumpkin first (like the other reviews suggested) and substituted craisins and pecans for the raisins and walnuts. Tasted great.
