Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta
It didn't taste bad...there was just nothing very good about it. The dish was plain and seemed like the kind of thing that I could come up with by throwing together a few random ingredients laying around my house. Not a meal worth planning.

Slow Cook Thai Chicken
I'm still deciding if I liked this sauce or not. I served it over thin noodles which was nice. I also followed suggestions by adding the pepper and onion later and they were not too mushy. It did not have any overpowering flavors and wasn't bad but I doubt I'll ever end up making it again.

Chicken Enchiladas I
I thought this would be better based on the ratings. I did not add water as suggested and used less tomato sauce but I just felt like this was lacking in flavor. It was fine but not great.
