Great recipe.
I didn't do the strawberries and they were still great.
I made a couple changes-used a 2%milk&lemon juice substitute for the buttermilk, whole grain flour, sub apple sauce for the veg oil and added some flax seed meal to make it a lil bit healthier. Also added a bit of cinnamon. Love the sliced banana on one side!
Will def use this recipe again.
