Easy Decadent Truffles

Not too bad. I'll make them again and play with them. They certainly a great dessert if you are pressed for time or ingredients.

I loved them. A little change to tomatoes. I didn't included the mushrooms (I don't like them). They were great with out them. I received a lot of compliments on them. My dad couldn't wait to eat them the next day.

Potato Rosemary Rolls

It seems like I am the odd one out. The rolls turned out fine, However I did not like the taste at all. Not a lot of flavor in the roll its self. I was hesitant on the salt but used it. I think they might be better with out it. Too me, especially with the salt, they were more like a pretzel from the mall. I did have a couple of other people try them. They didn't care for them either. Sorry.

Broccoli-Rice Side Dish

I was a little worried about this one but, it turned out great. I used 8oz of velvetta cheese instead of the jar process. I didn't use the celery (only because I don't care for it). This was a quick, easy dish to make and went over very well at Thanksgiving. I was told I might have to go home and make some more of it!

Honey Ginger Carrots

These weren't too bad. I followed everyone's suggestion on the ginger by using 1tsp. The rest of the ingredients I left the same. The amount of carrots to the sauce was great. I did steam my carrots in the microwave using one of the ziplock steam bags and that was great. I like the softer carrots and I was pressed for time so that is why I steamed. Other then that pretty good.

Sugar Coated Pecans

These were wonderful! Any time someone walked passed them they grabbed a handful! I love them (guess I wont have to make so many runs to the Bass pro store anymore!..their pecans is always the first thing I buy there.) I followed the recipe exactly as stated and they were just great!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This was great! I made it exactly has the recipe calls and it turned out wonderful. I'm not a big pumpkin fan and was worried that there may not be enough cheesecake in it but, there was plenty! I loved it and it was a big hit at Thanksgiving!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

This recipe has a lot of flavor. It is spicy yet not too much. Loved it...got a big thumbs up from the family. Will make this one again.

Sauteed Apples

This recipe tasted great. My family hoovered over me waiting for their bowls to be filled. My daughter and Husband added ice cream to theirs, I ate mine by its self. Loved it.

Mom's Lasagna

This was a very good dish. My sister doesn't like red sauce on her pasta and she just loved this. The only thing I thought, is that I didnt think it had enough meat sauce. I added spaghetti sauce on the top of it before I baked it. Overall it was very good and actually didn't take that long to make, very easy.
