Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce
Really great recipe. It's amazing how you capture the wasabi flavor without overpowering the recipe with heat. I used it with some tuna steaks that we had frozen and the flavor was incredible, even without using fresh fish!

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle
This was incredibly good! I used a combo of fat free and lite cool whip and it was still delicious (and now lower fat!). I will definitely be making this again.

Maple Salmon
I was a person who always made salmon one way and never deviated. This recipe has made me change my mind about that! This is a wonderful recipe and everyone I have served it to has LOVED it. It's light and very tasty, while being very easy to make at the same time. We made it one time using cedar planks for cooking and it was fabulous!
