Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

It was pretty good. A bit sweet for my husband's taste. However, it was great leftover the next day when I used it in chicken salad.

Fresco Salsa

This was very good. I only used 1/2 bunch cilantro, red onion instead of sweet, and added 2 jalepenos and 2 cloves of garlic. It was delicious the next day!!! I prefer it as a topping on tacos, fajitas, etc. but it is good for dipping tortilla chips too.

Tomato and Basil Quiche

Not very good. It was pretty, and edible, but mostly just tasted like basil and it was really runny (even though I de-seeded the tomatoes). Won't make this again.
