I love making dessert. So far lasagna is the hardest thing I've succeeded in cooking. Tried to make dark chocolate cheesecake...after I melted the chocolate it started to harden as soon as I mixed it in with everything else. My husband still loved it (for some odd reason), but I wanted to throw it out because it looked terrible.
